Standing Tall - Oil on Board - 11" x 14"

This painting was done on the west side of Tucson near where I live. I enjoy going out there because it is beautiful and there are so many scenes to paint. However, it is really hot in the desert now and we have to go out by 6 am and finish by about 8:30 am. The rest of the day is spent in the studio in the air conditioning.
