This is a newer version of my ethereal landscape I just posted. I had some feedback and felt I needed to address some issues. I know you probably can't tell much by this jpeg but I lightened the mountains in back just a little, removed an orange form in the sky that was bothering me and put some more tree holes here and there. I took out some highlight and added some. This may sound picky to you but I think these are the things that make a painting go from good to great.

Day's End - Oil on Board - 24" x 39" - a newer version

I agree, it's the 'little things' that make or break a painting! This is gorgeous! I love this time of day, you did a nice job evoking a feeling.
