Desert Sky - Oil on Muslin on Board - 24" x 38"
I finally have my camera equipment organized and set up to take good quality photos of my work. Moving around too many times in a short period of time can really mess you up!!!
I am an artist living in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I enjoy the light of the area, beautiful clouds and sunsets. I paint landscapes, figures and still life but primarily landscapes. Weather permitting, I prefer painting outdoors. Once I have a good field sketch, I will take that back to the studio to make a larger version. I paint every day and try to post something new here or on my website as often as possible. You can also see a full compliment of my work at my website, http://www.landscapepainting.us. Feel free to email me with any questions you might have at dagostinofineart@gmail.com. Thanks for looking!

Diane and Adam, thank you for you lovely comments. It was fun painting it. It is at the Wilde Meyer Gallery in Scottsdale if you ever get in the area.
Nice painting, Judith! The sky and pattern of the clouds is unexpected and works beautifully.
OH my! What a lovely masterpiece. Love it.
