The Other Side of the Sierras - Oil on Board - 18" x 14"
This is the under painting in the verdaccio method. I made my own gesso from Marble Dust and Rabbit Skin Glue. The final results after several glazes and opaque application is below. This painting can be seen at Wilde Meyer Gallery, Scottsdale/Tucson, Arizona

Desert Farming Fields - 10" x 13" - Oil on Muslin
This plein air painting was done by the roadside. The mountains jutting up from the fields made me pause. It's atmospheric quality that day was unusual for the desert in Southern Arizona.

Lagna 4 - Oil on Canvas Board - 11" x 14"
I did this painting last Tuesday just before the rains began. I love how the storm rolls in off the shore.
